Ownership

The Sanctum server, website, and all original content (including but not limited to civilization names, lore, design, and artwork) are the intellectual property of Sanctum and its creators.

Hytale Intellectual Property

Hytale is a trademark of Hypixel Studios Canada Inc. Sanctum is an independent fan-created server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with Hypixel Studios Canada Inc. or the makers of Hytale.

Permitted Use

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise use any content from this website without express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by fair use doctrine.

Sanctions for Copyright Infringement

Copyright infringement is a serious matter. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content may result in legal action including civil and criminal penalties.

1. License Grant

Sanctum grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play on the Sanctum server within Hytale, subject to compliance with this EULA and Hytale's EULA.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access the server code
• Use cheats, hacks, or exploits (violations may be reported to Hytale staff)
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff
• Advertise external servers or services without permission
• Farm accounts for commercial purposes
• Share your account with others
• Create multiple accounts to bypass server bans or restrictions

Note: Violations of Hytale's EULA or Terms of Service may result in account suspension by Hytale staff, which is beyond Sanctum's control.

3. Server Access

Sanctum reserves the right to deny or terminate access to our server at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. This affects your access to the Sanctum server only—your Hytale account and access to other servers remain under Hytale's control.

4. No Warranties

The Sanctum server is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or specific performance.

5. Data Loss

Sanctum is not responsible for loss of character data, items, progress, or any other data due to server crashes, maintenance, or other technical issues.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Sanctum and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from your use of the server, including economic loss or emotional distress.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Sanctum server and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Hytale's Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must meet Hytale's age requirements to play. Please refer to Hytale's Terms of Service for age restrictions. By accessing this service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Conduct Standards

All players must maintain respectful conduct at all times. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on any characteristic
• Hate speech or offensive language
• Sexual content or inappropriate behavior
• Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent
• Impersonation of staff or other players
• Spamming or excessive use of chat
• Griefing or unauthorized destruction of other players' creations
• Scamming or fraud

4. Enforcement

Violations of these terms may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans from the Sanctum server at the sole discretion of Sanctum staff. Sanctum server bans only affect access to our server—they do not suspend your Hytale account. Violations of Hytale's Terms of Service or EULA may be reported to Hytale staff and could result in account-level action by Hypixel Studios.

5. Content

Players are responsible for their own in-game and chat content. Sanctum reserves the right to remove, edit, or filter any content deemed inappropriate.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sanctum is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

7. Changes to Terms

Sanctum reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the server after changes indicates acceptance of new terms.

8. Termination

Sanctum reserves the right to terminate your access to the Sanctum server at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. This does not affect your Hytale account or access to other servers.
